Sockets should preferably adopt the two-pole earthed single-phase sockets that meet the requirements of GB 1002, and also can use C9/C10 two-pole grounded single-phase sockets (IEC 60320 C13/C14) that meet the requirements of GB 17465.1; “universal sockets” should not be used ( Figure).
Figure 2-pole grounded single-phase socket (~250V 10A)
Relevant requirements include:
- The socket reed should have good electrical conductivity and mechanical elasticity, and has good fatigue resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance (suggested tin phosphor bronze material); the minimum force required for pulling a single plug from the socket should be ≥ 30N, In order to prevent the plug from falling off automatically during normal use or due to a slight impact resulting in poor contact.
——The socket should use modular standard parts to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the replacement module.
- The rated current of the socket is 10A. In special cases, 16A can be selected; the jacks are in the order of upper ground (PE), left zero (N) and right phase.
Temperature rise
When the power distribution unit is connected to the rated current, the temperature rise of the socket, terminal and fuse connection shall not exceed 55°C, and the temperature rise of the air switch and the fuse case shall not exceed 40°C.
Certification
All electrical parts such as terminal blocks, sockets, and protection devices shall meet the relevant national electrical safety standards and be of reliable quality; among them, sockets, terminal blocks, and over-current and short-circuit protection devices shall pass the national 3C certification.
Grounding, Cables and Other Electrical Accessories
A uniform grounding device (or a grounded copper bar with a cross-sectional area ≥36 mm2) should be installed in the cabinet. The cabinet and its internal metal parts shall be connected in a reliable electrical manner and connected to the grounding device.
Between the grounding copper bar and the grounding of the engine room is divided into rows (or cabinet top grounding is divided into rows) between the 16mm2 yellow green and white color single-core insulated flame-retardant flexible cable reliable connection.
All cables in the cabinet should meet the requirements of YD/T 1173. The color of the insulating layer or outer sheath of cables and busbars shall meet the requirements of GB7947.
If you have an audible alarm function, you must have the function of manually turning off the alarm sound. After the current value returns to normal, the alarm should be automatically restored. The alarm threshold should be set as required. In addition, the cabinet can provide power off alarms. The current indication and alarm indication should be installed above the rear of the rack. Should not be installed on the door. When the cabinet needs to use light indications, LED indicators should be used.
Electrical Protection Performance
The insulation resistance of each live circuit in the cabinet (the circuit is not directly grounded) to the ground (or cabinet) should be ≥10MΩ (after reading for 1 min at 500V megohmmeter).
Each live circuit in the cabinet (or cabinet) and two non-electrically connected live circuits shall be able to withstand a sinusoidal test voltage of 2500V and 50Hz for 1min without any breakdown or arcing. The leakage current is ≤10mA.
Each cabinet requires the installation of a box type empty open box. The standard configuration has 8 open circuits, and the open MAX load current ampere is proposed by the engineering design. Four power supply outlets. A shielding plate is installed in front of the power distribution box to avoid accidentally closing the air-opening.
The air-opening brand is: In order to ensure the safety of equipment power, it is forbidden to open it with a small factory. It is recommended to use GE, Schneider, ABB, and Merlin products.
Each rack is equipped with standard length 500mm, width 50mm, and rear 5mm high-quality copper plate as worksites and protective grounds. Each row is tapped with 20 holes and equipped with 20 sets of bolts.
The chassis of the cabinet should be strictly grounded to prevent electric leakage. The grounding of the plates, cabinets, tables and boxes should be solid and good. Openable doors with electrical appliances should be reliably connected with bare copper cords and grounded metal structures. All grounding devices shall be securely fastened and spring washers or lock nuts shall be provided to prevent loosening. If the cabinet has a shielded ground, or other electronic components grounded. The grounding strips used must be insulated from the main grounding strips and connected to the main grounding strips when connected to the main grounding strips
